Possibly the coolest thing I’ve made. Walnut slab headboard above a white oak bedframe. The patterns and colors in the headboard are amazing!
Those rectangular patches cover areas where there were large knots and cracks. The backside of the headboard features half a dozen bowties for structural stability.
